Kettlebells have been used for sport and training since way back in the 1940’s, these are anything but a new craze. So then why has it only been in recent years that kettlebells have been recognized and implemented in mainstream training? That question I can’t answer, but what I can do is give you some reasons to start incorporating these tools into your workout schedule ASAP!
